Dr. Loeb graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine where he also completed his Residency training in Internal Medicine. Dr. Loeb completed his Fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to joining the Northern California Arthritis Center, Dr. Loeb had his private practice in Castro Valley, CA.
